Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We also ship internationally, however, we recommend you pay for a tracking number. Tell us your story, and we will see what we can do to find the best rate. Please email us for more information.

Shipping Fees for return/exchange:

Returns do not cover the shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Meaning, we are not providing return ticket. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid prior by the sender, and you also have to pay the insurance costs, a tracking number will do!. You are responsible for any loss or damage of package that may occur during shipment of returning a package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning, this is why we are highly recommend to get a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Delivery to Canada & USA:

We offer the best shipping deal by Canada Post  (excluding international orders with tracking number). For all other orders, standard shipping rates will apply. It may take 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via Post with expected delivery within 7-10 days.

Return Policy:

Mayla Creations we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

The product must be returned in original condition. Not been worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original packaging. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Regular-Priced Merchandise

  • Within 14 days of the receiving date: you can exchange your item or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card applicable in a year.

Sale Merchandise

  • NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE for any orders purchases with any discounts code and/or on sales. FINAL SALES
    Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment for the sale or discounted items.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us before 5 pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12 am and 7 am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address.

Sales Taxes:

Please note that sales tax will be added to the final price. These collected taxes are mandated by your state and provincial governments. Mayla Creations in no way benefits from this.
